My approach is most aligned with scientifically grounded therapeutic procedures, specifically brief dynamic therapy and art therapy approaches. However, I also believe that the most effective collaborative work comes from a unique, co-created framework tailored to each client. I welcome individuals (both in-person and online) who are experiencing:

Currently, I work at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of the PTE Clinical Center, where I am involved in the care of clients living with addictive, psychotic, anxiety, mood, and personality disorders. In addition to my practical activities, I participate in art therapy training and teach as an instructor in doctoral schools and mental health professional training programs. I earned my degree in psychology and my PhD from the University of Pécs. My doctoral research focused on the study of personality disorders, particularly narcissistic personality disorder.

As a counseling psychologist at PTE Student Counselling, I meet and work with people of various religions and cultures, which gives me the opportunity to see many different aspects of the cultural diversity we live in today.

I completed my psychology studies at PTE in 2021. During my PhD studies at the Institute of Psychology, I focused on narcissism and the exploration of related cognitive distortions.

In my work, I strive for balance. My goal is for my clients to gain a more complete picture of their current life situation in a trusting and supportive environment, to accept it, and to be able to cope adequately. I primarily offer in-person consultations and welcome inquiries from those who are:

I completed my psychological studies at the University of Pécs, graduating in 2024 with a specialization in Clinical and Health Psychology. Currently, as a PhD student, I am researching the complex background mechanisms of emetophobia (fear of vomiting), personality patterns characteristic of specific phobias, and related avoidance and safety-seeking behaviors and coping mechanisms. For me, research symbolizes understanding, while psychological support represents empathy and acceptance.

My work is based on a systems approach – I believe that difficulties can only be truly understood within their broader contexts, taking into account our relationships and environment. At the same time, everyone starts from a different place, carries different burdens, and develops at their own pace. It's important to me that during our work together, individual rhythm and inner world take precedence, making the process truly personal and sustaining. I earned my degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Pécs. Currently, I work as a school psychologist, where I support young people individually and in groups, helping them with their development and problem-solving. Additionally, in the spirit of continuous learning and development, I am undertaking family and couples therapy training with the Hungarian Family Therapy Association. This allows me to expand my theoretical and methodological knowledge and engage in my own self-discovery work. I anticipate being able to accept clients for family and couples therapy starting from the next calendar year.

I know what it's like to feel stuck and disheartened, how difficult it is to change and make changes, and I know that change is often particularly hard without help. I gained my professional experience as a school psychologist and in the field of child protection. Currently, I work as a resident specialist psychologist at the Pediatric and Adolescent Psychiatry Department of the Pécs Children's Clinic.

In my work, I rely on the theoretical framework of systemic thinking. Thanks to my studies in social psychology and family therapy, our joint work focuses not only on the individual's problems but also on the surrounding social and family systems.
